Prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT. When making a purchase, you as a customer provide your name, phone number, address, and email address. Corporate customers also provide their corporate ID number for invoicing.

2. Main Features of the Product

Buaskogen is an adventure and climbing park. We sell:

  • Climbing Ticket – access to the climbing park on a booked day and time. Climbing time in the park is 3 hours. Tickets are booked per participant and age category in our booking calendar, where you select the number of participants, as well as a suitable day and time.
  • Accompanying Instructor – booked separately if needed, 250 SEK/hour, via phone 0708-983 121 or adventure@buaskogen.se.
  • Gift Card – credit that can be redeemed for tickets. Gift cards are not tied to a specific date.

For groups of 10 or more paying adult climbers, the park can be opened by arrangement for a specific day and time.

3. Price and Payment (incl. taxes and fees)

  • All prices are stated in SEK including VAT. The current price for each ticket and age category is always shown in the webshop before you complete your purchase.
  • Climbing tickets are priced per participant/age category. Gift cards are sold for a chosen amount.
  • No additional fees beyond the price shown at checkout will be added.
  • Payment is made in advance online at the time of booking via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., card and Swish). Climbing must be paid for before it begins.
  • The booking is binding, and the spot is reserved only when payment is completed and you have received an order confirmation via email.

4. Delivery

  • Climbing Ticket: After payment is completed, an order confirmation with booking details will be sent to your email. The “delivery” consists of access to the park on the booked day and time. Please print and sign the participant terms in advance and submit them upon arrival.
  • Gift Card: Delivered electronically to the specified email address after payment is completed.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at adventure@buaskogen.se.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • Climbing Ticket (booked day/time): According to the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), Chapter 2, Section 11, point 12, there is no right of withdrawal for services concerning leisure and cultural activities to be provided on a specific day or during a specific period. Since the climbing ticket is booked for a specific date and time, it falls under this exception and therefore cannot be canceled. However, see the terms for rebooking/cancellation below.
  • Gift Card: Is not tied to a specific date and is therefore covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided the gift card has not been used. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 14 days (see point 7).
  • Rebooking/Cancellation of Ticket: Contact us as soon as possible at 0708-983 121 or adventure@buaskogen.se, and we will help you rebook to another day/time if possible, subject to availability. Cancellation/rebooking can be made by the customer no later than the day before. Buaskogen Adventure AB may close the park in extreme weather conditions. In such cases, the customer may choose rebooking or refund. All refunds are subject to a deduction of 25 SEK from the amount the customer initially paid. Buaskogen Adventure does not reimburse any other expenses related to cancellations/rebookings.

6. Complaints

If there is something wrong with your booking or experience, you have the right to make a complaint according to the Consumer Sales Act and the Consumer Services Act, respectively. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the fault. Contact us at adventure@buaskogen.se or 0708-983 121 with your order number and a description of the fault, and we will get back to you. In case of a dispute that cannot be resolved, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). ARN can be reached via www.arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. You can also use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Right of Withdrawal Form (for gift cards)

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a gift card, you can use the form below (Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard form). Send it to adventure@buaskogen.se or to the address in point 1.
