Buaskogen is an adventure course that started in 2018 and is run by a family who enjoys an active lifestyle. The park is built in a beautiful natural forest located in Olsfors, 17km from Borås and 40km from Gothenburg. The courses have a safety system that allows 4-year-olds to climb with adult supervision, but they require help from their fellow climbers until they reach a height of 130 centimeters. This help involves moving the safety wheel at the platforms and shortening and lengthening the rope between the safety wheel and the harness. Everyone, regardless of age, can climb and choose courses with obstacles and at heights that feel comfortable, achievable, fun, and challenging.
The farm belonging to the forest has been in the family’s possession since the 1500s. It was formerly an agricultural property and for many years was little more than just buildings and forest. The farm now has quails, cats, and a parrot, which can also be found in the forest.
