Everyone under 18 must have a guardian’s approval. Children under 130 cm need assistance. They must be helped by someone taller than 130 cm who assists them on and off the obstacles, with one person in front and one behind. Children/youths who can manage all steps and obstacles are allowed to climb without an adult in the treetops, provided they have a guardian’s approval and signature on the terms and conditions.
Rescheduling and cancellations can be made as late as the day before. We charge an administrative fee of 25 kr for refunds.
If the park closes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high winds, the full amount for the booked participant will be refunded without an administrative fee. However, we do not compensate for other expenses.
